DOES IT FIT ON MY DOOR?

Rise fits on any standard interior door. We provide a standard spindle of 7x7mm with an 8x8mm adapter for 40mm thick doors. If your door is thicker you can reach out to us and we can provide you with a longer spindle or you can buy one at your local DIY store.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SURE OF MY DOOR COMPATIBILITY?

Reach out to us on WhatsApp (+41 79 403 52 27) and send us pictures of your door. We will be able to tell you if it is compatible or we can send you a compatibility guide.

IS IT EASY TO INSTALL?

It is as easy as installing a regular door handle and it can be done in under 15 minutes using our PDF guide or video. HOW LONG DOES THE CARTRIDGE LAST?

2,500 uses on average which is 6 months for a household. The disinfectant liquid runs out before the battery does.

HOW DO YOU REPLACE THE CARTRIDGE?

When the handle blinks 4 times rapidly and the ring does not move, it means that the battery is low or that the cartridge is running out of disinfectant liquid. Simply use your magnetic tool by placing both magnets on the side of the handle, remove the cover lid and replace your cartridge. If you connect your Rise to the Wi-Fi you automatically get notified to replace your cartridge.

HOW DO I REFILL/RECHARGE THE CARTRIDGE?

To refill the cartridge, simply charge it with the charger we provide and refill it using the appropriate liquid following the instructions that come with your order.

CAN IT BREAK EASILY?

Rise is made out of strong and robust aluminium. The main parts are CNC machined out of a single aluminium block for maximum resistance.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE SPONGE INSIDE THE OUTER RING?

Every Rise set is provided with its maintenance tool. Take the tool with the four pins. Then place the outer ring in the middle of the handle’s surface. Hold the ring with one hand and align the pins with the holes. Insert the pins and the sponge will eject. Remove it and replace it with a new one. Bring back the ring to its start position and push in the sponge against the handle to make sure it is inserted in the ring.

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO REPLACE THE SPONGE?

We recommend that you replace the sponge at the same time as the cartridge. However, depending on your environment, the sponge replacement could occur more frequently if the handle’s surface gets dirty. For every handle purchased you will receive two additional sponges.

HOW CAN I CONNECT MY RISE TO MY WI-FI?

Get in touch with us and we will give you access to the app to download on your phone as well as the instruction to connect your handles. The process takes a couple of minutes.
